Adam is a biologist and entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience in energy, environmental services and business. His technical background includes wildlife, wetland, fisheries and aquatics projects for everything from oil & gas exploration and production, to pipelines and electrical transmission. He has extensive experience in both technical and project management roles with large-scale environmental assessment and monitoring associated with energy development. In addition to his technical work, Adam is responsible for executing on the vision of AJM including the company's growth, strategy and one-of-a-kind culture.
Tommy Thorsteinsson, MSc, P.Biol, Senior Wildlife Discipline Lead Tommy has over 12 years of experience in wildlife ecology, both as a consultant and working for industry.
