Jan Campbell formed Comply Inc. in December 2005 to offer Corporate Secretary, Governance and Board Management Services tailored to meet the needs of small to mid-sized reporting issuers as well as private companies. From 1997 to 2005, Jan was the Corporate Secretary of a large international company listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange and the New York Stock Exchange.
Comply Inc. offers services which range from providing recording secretary services for Board and Committee meetings to the appointment of Jan Campbell as Corporate Secretary as a full outsourced officer.  In addition, Jan has extensive experience relating to the incorporation and maintenance of international legal entities.
Corporate governance and corporate compliance requirements provided include continuous disclosure regulatory reporting, stock exchange compliance, stock option and warrant administration, annual meeting organization, minute book administration; corporate governance advice, facilitation of news release dissemination; co-ordination of incorporation, registration, and maintenance of international legal entities; and independent third party director/board evaluations.
Jan is a proven professional with over 19 years of corporate secretarial and corporate governance experience. Jan brings a refined sense of attention to detail and well-developed project management skills, particularly with respect to board management, large and complex acquisitions, mergers, divestitures and corporate reorganization.
