Dr Hamid is a MD, his consults are covered through Alberta Health and Wellness. You’ll need to bring your picture ID and valid health card.
Referrals are required for new patients and for patients who have not been seen for over six months, unless agreed to by the doctor.
Typically, the payment for services is provided through Alberta Healthcare. There are certain circumstances where this may differ. Also, it is important to note that services (employer notes, medical notes, insurance forms, etc. ) may not be covered by Alberta Health and are the responsibility of the patient.
