I am what people often refer to as a “rarity”… I am a native Calgarian. I lived in Lake Louise for a year or so when I was 11 and I spent another year in Victoria but I have always come back to Calgary. As you can imagine I have seen a lot of changes in the city watching it grow from the little cow town to the thriving metropolis that now equals Vancouver and Toronto. I have been married since 1991 and have 2 children now in their twenties.
I started selling real estate 30 years ago and I still love the challenge of negotiating an offer for my buyers and sellers. A passion to succeed, strong business ethics and an unwavering commitment to excellence have been and will continue to be my guiding principals. Note: In all my years selling real estate I have never been sued or taken to task by my clients, my board or fellow realtors.
As your real estate agent, I will earn your long term loyalty and trust as I have with my many past clients. A large majority of my business is from repeat clients and referrals from past clients. As any of my clients will tell you I love a good laugh and you are sure to hear the one about the cat that caught on fire. (No cats were injured in this funny story) Negotiations surrounding your home are serious and important but that doesn’t mean it can’t be an enjoyable and memorable experience.
