About the Role:
As the sole Storeperson at our Seven Hills Factory/warehouse, you will play a fundamental role in our NSW Production Team.
The ideal candidate will be someone who can prioritise, embraces a proactive, friendly approach, values efficiency, and takes pride in delivering exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receiving Goods: Coordinate the efficient receipt of goods from suppliers.
- Dispatching Goods: Organise the seamless and accurate shipment of goods.
- Inventory Management: Ensure accurate tracking and management of inventory.
- Ensure orderliness/organisation of the warehouse
- Loading and Unloading: Oversee the loading of trucks and the unloading/loading of containers.
- Manage and oversee delivery schedule runs and inter-company transfers
- Ensuring efficient order fulfillment processes (direct involvement in picking and packing).
- Ensure strict compliance with OH&S regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with the management team to implement new warehousing management and efficiency systems.
Skills And Experiences
About You:
- Previous experience as a storeman in a manufacturing environment
- Forklift licence is essential.
- Computer literacy is required.
- Previous experience with a Warehouse Management System essential.
- Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Customer and team-oriented mindset.
- Strong willingness to learn, contribute to the team, and follow instructions.
- Proactive with a 'can-do' attitude.
- Attention to detail is a must.
- Physically fit and healthy.
