Wage: Starting at CAD $30.77 per hour

Number of Positions: One (1)

Terms of Employment: Full-time (40 hours a week)

Required Language Skills: English (spoken and written)

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise, plan, assign, review, and supervise all inventory management, supply chain and logistics activities of an assigned work team on a shift basis by directing assigned Associates in the receiving, warehousing, and shipping of customer product in a manner consistent with service and cost objectives.
• Plan, organize and oversee operational logistics of the warehouse, establish work schedules and procedures, resolve work-related issues, prepare and submit progress and other reports and co-ordinate activities with other supply-chain work units or departments.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures for safety and security, standards and regulations in force.
• Oversee all warehouse tasks across the shift as well as managing the team on the shift.
• Resolve various problems and related complaints and implement corrective measures and process improvements.
• Train workers on supply chain logistics to streamline the supply and inventory of materials.
• Ensure smooth operation of all warehouse activities and arrange for maintenance and repair work.

Required Experience:

•  At least 3 years of experience in inventory management, supply chain and logistics.
•  Experience with managing a team of a minimum of 5 employees.
•  Knowledge and experience using Warehouse Management System (WMS).

Required Education:

• A diploma in business, supply chain, production or warehouse management or a related field is an asset.
