**Job Description**
The contractor will work on avionics components for Dash 8, Twin Otter, or CL aircraft as projects arise. Responsibilities include troubleshooting avionics parts, wiring components, crimping, splicing, testing, and installing equipment. There may be opportunities for bench work when available. Contractors will be assigned to teams based on their experience level.
**Responsibilities**
+ Troubleshoot avionics parts integrated into aircraft.
+ Wire components, including crimping, splicing, and testing.
+ Install avionics equipment.
+ Perform bench work as projects demand.
+ Collaborate in teams based on expertise.
**Essential Skills**
+ **5+ years of experience with Dash 8, Twin Otter, or CL aircraft.**
+ Proficiency in troubleshooting and maintenance.
+ Ability to crimp, terminate, and splice wire.
+ Skills in soldering and blueprint reading.

**Work Environment**
Located in Calgary, the work environment includes shifts from Monday to Friday, 6AM-2:30PM, and Monday to Thursday, 11AM-9:30PM, with overtime available as needed. The facility hosts around 100 employees, with project teams ranging from 4-8 members. Dress code and attire align with industry standards.

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $55.00/hr.
