PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support, coach, and lead a team of Event Specialists to ensure individual and team goals are met
- Execute an aggressive sales strategy for existing clients and annual sales goals through strategic planning
- Manage large client accounts to grow their business & ensure repeat sales
- Act as a liaison between event specialists and operating departments
- Execute forecasting and planning using the company’s tools and methodologies
- Monitor guest reactions while in house to find opportunities to exceed expectations and handle any guest complaints ensuring 100% guest satisfaction
- Seek new business opportunities for the unit & department focusing on prospects & cold calling
- Actively spends time connecting with a wide network of clients , and uses this network to expand the business across O&B nationally
- Can effectively communicate the vision of the business unit to the team, rallying efforts of all members and achieving results
- Is fanatical about continuous improvement and is creative and proactive in overcoming the challenges within their units
- Can put together all facets of our business from the ground up, including all marketing, systems, hiring & training and business development
